General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to all services offered by Jivamukti Yoga Milan. Should any individual provision be or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain valid. The invalid provision will be replaced by the applicable statutory regulation.
By booking or participating in our classes, workshops, or trainings, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
Any deviations require written consent from Jivamukti Yoga Milan.

Cancellation Policy for Workshops

(Courses lasting up to 3 days)

Workshops can be cancelled up to 14 days before the start date, subject to a processing fee of €XX.
Cancellations made up to 7 days before the workshop will incur a 50% fee of the total cost.
After that, the full fee is due.

In case of illness, the workshop may be cancelled at any time upon presentation of a medical certificate, subject to a processing fee of €XX.
The certificate must be submitted before the first workshop session in written form (e.g. via email to Jivamuktiyogamilan@gmail.com).

Jivamukti Yoga Milan reserves the right to remove from the participant list any students who have not completed payment by 4 days before the workshop start.
Their spot will then be offered to participants on the waiting list.

For early bird rates, if payment is not received by the stated early bird deadline, Jivamukti Yoga Milan reserves the right to charge the difference to the regular price on the day of the workshop.

All workshop registrations are binding — the full workshop fee is due even in case of unexcused absence.

Cancellation Policy for Intensive Trainings / Continuing Education

(Courses lasting 4 days or more)

A confirmed spot in an Intensive Training or Continuing Education course is guaranteed only after full payment of the course fee.

Jivamukti Yoga Milan reserves the right to remove from the participant list any students who have not completed payment by 7 days before the course start.
Their spot will then be offered to participants on the waiting list.

Trainings can be cancelled up to 14 days before the start date, subject to a processing fee of €XX.
Cancellations made up to 7 days before will incur a 50% fee of the total cost.
After that, the full amount is due.

In case of illness, the course may be cancelled at any time with presentation of a medical certificate, subject to a processing fee of €XX.
The certificate must be submitted before the first day of the training in written form (e.g. via email to Jivamuktiyogamilan@gmail.com).

For early bird rates not paid by the specified deadline, Jivamukti Yoga Milan reserves the right to charge the difference to the regular price on the course day.

All Intensive Training and Continuing Education registrations are binding — the full fee remains payable even in case of unexcused absence.

The Jivamukti 75-Hour Training is subject to separate Terms and Conditions.

Class Passes and Subscriptions

All class passes and subscriptions at Jivamukti Yoga Milan are personal and non-transferable.

In exceptional cases (e.g. relocation, long-term illness, accident), a pass or subscription may be transferred to another person upon written request to Jivamuktiyogamilan@gmail.com.

In special cases, standard passes may be shared; such requests must be made in advance.

The validity period of passes and subscriptions is binding. Paid but unused or partially used passes or memberships expire after their validity period.
Refunds are not possible.

Extension of Annual Passes

Annual passes may be extended in the event of illness, upon presentation of a medical certificate.

Other Conditions

• Intro Offers (starter packages for new students) are valid for 31 days from the date of purchase and cannot be extended.

• Monthly passes can only be extended once in case of illness, with timely written notice and a medical certificate, for a minimum illness duration of one week, and only for the corresponding period.

• Short-Term or Speedy Passes are valid for 2 months and can only be extended once in the case of illness, with timely written notice and a medical certificate, for a minimum illness duration of one week, and only for the corresponding period.

• Private classes or ICP sessions: Appointments are binding. If not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, the full amount will be charged.

Studio Changes

Jivamukti Yoga Milan reserves the right to make changes to the class schedule, teaching staff, or studio location (within Milan city limits) at any time.
Such changes do not entitle students to a refund.
All schedule updates will be announced in advance on www.jivamuktiyogamilan.com.

Data Protection

All data required for the processing of services are stored in compliance with data protection regulations.
Jivamukti Yoga Milan treats your data confidentially and commits not to share your information with unauthorized third parties and to protect it from any unauthorized access.
